It takes 2-4 days to process your order after which,
For deliveries to Canada, it takes 2-10 business days using Canada post,
For deliveries to the USA, it takes 5-12 business days using USPS.
Lost or stolen packages:
For all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and be available at the delivery address to receive the package. Please note that Gymbodyatheltics will not be held responsible for orders that have been noted delivered via the tracking information but not received by the customer.
In the case that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Gymbodyathletics assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
In the event you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of order, please notify us immediately via our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The address can be corrected only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
All orders are eligible for a courtesy size change after purchase. We will make every attempt to change your size as soon as the request is made if it is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
However, they are not guaranteed if your order falls under the following conditions:
Your order has processed and has been scheduled for shipment.
Your order has already shipped.

Exchanges & Return Policy:
If you have received your package and realized you placed an order for the wrong size, we are happy to do an exchange. Please have the incorrect package sent to us within 14 days of purchase. As soon as we receive the incorrect order and it has gone through proper inspection, we will issue you a store coupon for the amount paid excluding shipping, which you can use to repurchase the correct size.
If this was no fault on our end, we do not offer return labels for you to send the incorrect order back to us. You will also be responsible for the new shipping cost to ship the new product to you.

We only offer exchanges, No refunds. Exchanges will be considered only if the following conditions are met:
- You let us know and ship the item back to us within 14 days of purchase,
- Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. No stains or sign of wear,
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging,
- Item(s) pass our thorough inspection when received before we take any actions and,
- We do not offer return labels therefore, shipping costs are 100% of the customer’s responsibility.
